Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns for any orders placed with South Shore Screenprinting. This includes orders with sizing issues, changes of mind, or any other reason.

Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds for any orders. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- If there was a printing, manufacturing, or production mistake on our end, we will provide a replacement order free of charge.
- Customer is to carefully check mock-ups/art renderings for all orders, this includes colours, measurements, and placements. Please note: Logo placement on the garments on the mockups/art renderings are general placements and are not to scale. Actual prints will be sized according to the measurements (width of logo) on the mock-up/art rendering that was approved. Colours vary from computer monitor/phone screen etc if you want to confirm exact colours please ask us for our stock ink pantone colour code, or provide us with a specific pantone colour you'd like used.

Replacement Policy:
- If the shipment was lost or stolen, or if there are issues with sizing, the customer must place a new order for a replacement. We do not handle replacements or refunds for such cases.
- If there was an error in the shipping address provided by the customer and the package is returned to us, we will notify the customer. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for reshipment.
- Orders are printed based on the mock-up/art rendering that was approved by the customer, it is your responsibility to review them on every order carefully because garments are printed within the approved guidelines of the mock-up/art rendering and will not be replaced if printed as approved. Once you have received your order you have 48 hours to report any issues or we will assume your order is correct and no action will be taken to initiate replacements beyond the time frame.

Process for Order Replacements:
- Please inspect and count your order to ensure there are no issues within 48 hours of order pick up or receiving your shipment - after 48 hours we will assume your order is correct and no action will be taken.
- If you have noticed an issue with your order and compared it against your mock-up/art rendering and believe there was in fact a mistake on our end please e-mail us within 48 hours info@southshoreprintco.ca
- In your e-mail, include the invoice number and details of the issue, along with any relevant photos if applicable. Our customer support team will assist you promptly in resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement order if necessary.

Art Fee's for Screenprinting, Embroidery and Graphic Design:
- Screenprinting Setup fees start at $10.00 per colour, per placement.
- Embroidery Digitizing Fees start at $35.00.
- Art/Design/Vector Fee's start at $50.00 per hour

Policy Updates:
- We reserve the right to update our return and refund policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policies will be reflected on our website.
- Customers are encouraged to review the policies periodically for updates.
PLEASE NOTE: We offer basic artwork and basic logo design free of charge ONLY under the agreement that you place an apparel order with us which meets our screenprinting and embroidery minimums. If you decide not to place an order once any artwork has been started we will charge the hourly rate and any other fee incurred in the process.
